Pregnancy affirmations for the first trimester

Pregnancy affirmations

In the first trimester of pregnancy, the mind is constantly filled with uncertainty. When I was pregnant in my first trimester, I wanted to shout to everyone that I was pregnant, but at the same time aware that this trimester was very delicate.

I was afraid to believe that my pregnancy would have a good outcome because it was so early. The goal of the affirmations that I used in the first trimester was to strengthen my faith.

Anchor to the present

When your mind feels overwhelmed, try to focus on only one thing: find an anchor to the present moment. You should find your way back from thinking about the future outcome, or what you have or haven’t done in your early pregnancy, to just focusing on the NOW.

Now is the only moment that exists, and that you can control. You will always know what is happening in the now.

Affirmations for the first trimester

Body:

I return to my breath and the awareness of my body.

I trust my body.

My body is just perfect.

My body is wise and knows what is best for me at any moment.

My body sends me messages through sensations in the body. I’m practicing to become a better listener of these messages.

I trust that my body will work in the way that it’s supposed to.

I am healthy and strong in my mind, body, and soul.

Knowledge:

I have the power to find all the necessary information about baby development, what they need, and how to support their development. I have the time to figure everything out.

I will find the right tools, routines, schedules, and people that will make my pregnancy enjoyable, fun, and filled with curiosity.

I go to my regular checks and have trust in the doctors taking care of me.

Faith:

I deserve this wonderful pregnancy experience.

I am worthy of all the good things to arrive in my life.

I can make my dreams come true.

This baby is a miracle!

I’m choosing to go through the experience in my way.

I choose to have faith and believe.

My baby is just at the beginning of her journey and starting to develop. What I do from now on to support her development is what truly matters.

I’m making the right decisions for my and my baby’s health every day.

Prana is the vital energy and keeps my baby’s heart beating through everything that she’s about to go through. I trust in the strength of my baby’s pure spirit.

Thoughts:

This is the time when I let go of my fears and doubts.

I choose to practice positive thoughts.

Whenever I feel down, I practice positive affirmations. I have a plan for the days with low energy.

From here on, I will focus my thoughts and energy on the good and I will manifest everything going well.

Practicing these positive affirmations can help you to build trust in your body, knowledge, faith, and thoughts. I hope you find them helpful in the first trimester of your pregnancy.
