Affirmations practice: Strengthen your inner power
Listening to these powerful affirmations and repeating them either mentally or out loud will help your subconscious mind to reset.
Listening to positive affirmations has become a habit of mine over the past few years. Affirming ourselves in a positive way repetitively starts creating new beliefs in your subconscious mind. Sometimes I find myself in a given situation “listening” my mind repeating the affirmations I’ve listened to. This way of practicing my mind has changed completely how I think about myself and how I speak to myself.
Sometimes we find ourselves in a situation in which our personal boundaries are being crossed, or we feel like we have lost our autonomy. These powerful affirmations strengthen your feeling about yourself, if you find yourself in a situation that makes you feel less powerful about yourself, use these powerful affirmations to take back your power.
How to practice affirmations?
A relaxed mind is most receptive to new messages, so try to find a posture or a place where you can relax. It can be lying down with arms on your belly, sitting legs crossed, or it can even walking in a relaxed rhythm. Your subconscious mind in always open to receive messages, so you can also just listen to it in the background while you’re getting ready for your day, and still find it useful.
